Moon and i have been sourcing for HDB for the past few months. We are looking at western part of Singapore. We had applied for Build To Order (BTO) in Senja Green in Bukit Panjang but was not allocated any flat. We tried CCK Sunshine Court. The result will be made known to us by end Feb 09. The price of private property has been falling. The demand is dwindling due to the bad economy. But our HDB price is still hovering high especially for resale HDB flat. The flats near the city are going for above $600k. Wow! It is almost the price of a condominium current price.
Well, i guess we have to wait. Anyway, i am still saving up money for Moon's diamond ring.
