Finally, we have been waiting for the Resident Evil (animation movie) has been released. Moon bought a original DVD from Sembawang Music on Saturday.

Rating: Exhilarating!!! Worth the money to buy the DVD (S$22 for normal DVD. Blueray DVD costs more).

It could be better if we could watch it at cinema where it has better sound effect and bigger screen.

Great Discovery to Macbook and Wii

Mac Book and Wii Console are the two items in tingering my mind. Theseare the luxury items that i would like to have for Moon (pleasing girl...). However, those items are quite expensive both online and on the shop shelf.

Yesterday, Moon and me went to Funan Centre after the Perankan Museum visit. Below are my discoveries.

Mac Book/ MBP / iMac

We were awed by the apple products. the price quoted was for the basic set. You would have to top up the following to the macbook basic set ie Apple 3 yr care $299, Mircosoft office for Mac $199 and upgrade of 4Gb ram $199. Wow...these could come easily to about $600

I came to discover that iMac do not have a external CPU. It was all built into the LCD screen and it weighs impressive 12kg for the screen!!!

Wii Console

As for Wii, we went to COURTS and Challenger. Both were selling about $600 plus with either 3 games or 5 games free. However, i feltthe games for the Wii are damn expensive. In addition, we have to buy all those silly accessories in order to play real...

Have going online to search for ipod touch.
It feels SOooo good hold an APPLE IPOD!!!

It's item of envy and jealousy. It's expensive too. I need to rationale. Economy not doing well. Must save up.

Route to FITNESS & HAPPINESS

Running has been my passion for the past few years. Owing to load of works and having to spend time with my dear, moon, my running time has been drastically cut down.

Maybe that is an excuse. Lack of discipline. My BMI has hit above 30 again. I don't want to go through the PFT again. I will start from Dec 08 and progressive improve.

My running route at Bukit Panjang. It was the usual 6km run that for 21 Dec and 24 Dec 08.

Popiah (Spring Rolls) Challenge

Challenge posed by Moon. Making Popiah.
My Popiah receipe for 30 spring rolls

1. Popiah (1 packets of 50 popiah skins)
2. 1 big good tunip
3. 5 fat red carrots
4. 2 piece tou gua
5. Some piece of lean meat
6. Pepper
7. Light Soya Sauce
8. Oyster sauce

Tips in making spring rolls

1. Make sure the ingredients are drained thoroughly before wrapping
2. Do not deep fry. Small fire and abit of cooking oil. Or else, u have charcoal roll

Book Review - 40 years Xin Ming Ri Bao Rediscovered

I am quite excited to introduce a book borrowed from my cousins, Shuying and Shufen. Thanks cousins.

The title is " 40 years of Xin Ming Ri Bao, Rediscover"
It has compilation of major news reported from 1967 to 2007.

What really excite me was the contents it covered
From Singapore policies implementation to heartening matters eg the longest married couple in singapore. It has pictures taken and showed in colour form. It gave the gist of the news and the reporters' opinion on the news. It is different from the daily night newspaper
