Doing duty on Sunday

28 Apr 2013. Sunday. Rainy Day.

Back in camp doing duty. Wanted to do some work but my computer account was locked out. I decided to review my blog. I have not been blogging for few years. 

Today, i shall recuperate and rest in office. I shall be going for afternoon slow jog about 8km. I had 10.5km run last evening. It was enjoying. I weighed myself last night after my run. I was 84kg. Up by 2kg within 2 weeks. That was not a good sign. It took me two months to reduce from 89kg to 82kg. Must be the  Swatow dim sum buffet yesterday afternoon. It is time to control my intake again.

I always miss my baby when i am away from home. Sabrina would always be the first to run to the door and welcome me when i return home.

Father came back on Friday night from Shandong with Anothony. We had late supper at Changi Village. Had otaks, nasi lemak, hor fun and fishball noodles. Yummy.
